The general terms and conditions of this page govern the rights and obligations of both the A-Clima online store and the customer (buyer).
To place orders through our website a-clima.es, you must accept the general terms and conditions below.
The terms and conditions are subject to change by a-clima.es at any time and without prior notice. The only valid terms and conditions will always be those set out on this page.
When you place an order with a-clima.es, we assume that you fully accept and understand the general terms and conditions.
After placing an order in the online store A-Clima, you will be contacted by our manager to confirm the order and invoice for payment of the order.
We work in the region of Costa del Sol. When you buy appliances in our online store A-Clima, you get a discount on installation! Delivery in the region of Costa del Sol is free of charge by our specialists. Outside the region of Costa del Sol delivery is carried out at the rates of local delivery services.
When the customer signs a copy of the delivery note for the goods, this constitutes acceptance of the order. If the product received by the customer does not correspond to the order placed or the product is damaged, the customer must reject the entire product and immediately notify a-clima.es at +34 69 429 90 80.
If the product is damaged and the defect is not visible upon delivery, the Customer will have 24 hours (in accordance with Article 366 of the Commercial Code) to file a claim by sending an e-mail to aclima.costadelsol@gmail.com.
If a defect is detected during installation, report it to a-clima.es by calling +34 69 429 90 80, who will contact the official technical service department to solve the problem.
If the incident is due to a problem not related to the product, but to improper installation or handling, it is not covered by the warranty and a repair estimate will be issued.
The customer must inform a-clima.es in advance so that we can process the return.
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you received the goods. To do so, notify us in writing by e-mail at aclima.costadelsol@gmail.com, providing the necessary information to determine the point of purchase. Once we receive your email, we will notify you by email that we have received it, with information on the next steps.
You must then send us the goods in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. You are responsible for any depreciation of the product. In such cases, a-clima.es will reimburse the customer for all costs of the returned product. However, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
a-clima.es will make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
a-clima.es reserves the right to delay the refund until the products are received.

The warranties accompanying the products from a-clima.es are manufacturer's warranties in accordance with the rules established by Law 23/2003 of July 10 on warranties for the sale of consumer goods.
a-clima.es is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product by the customer.
