A-Clima provides its customers only quality, officially manufactured imported products. All products with electronic and mechanical components we provide an official warranty from the manufacturer.
We provide a 6-month warranty on repairs. The warranty for the installation work carried out by our specialists is from 2 years.
Warranties accompanying A-Clima products belong to the manufacturer in accordance with the rules established by Law 23/2003 of July 10 on warranties for the sale of consumer goods.
The warranty period for the purchased climate technology is specified in the description of the respective product and is from 2 years. Warranty repair or replacement of the goods is only possible if the warranty card is filled in correctly.
Important! When transferring the goods from the seller to the buyer, the latter must make sure that the goods are complete and free of any external damage or defects.
After the buyer has signed the delivery note, the goods are considered to be accepted by him without any complaints about the appearance, and its completeness corresponds to what is specified in the accompanying documents.
A-Clima shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product by the customer, due to human error or any other accident that we deem proper.
